Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request using your order number and email address.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect the hardware to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
